The hotel had small but clean rooms with a beautiful view and a connecting room with twin beds for the kids, making it comfortable for families. The laminate floors could get noisy with heavy-footed guests at times. The staff were super friendly and helpful, although they could have been more engaging for a longer stay. The location was excellent, near water transport and within a short boat ride into Venice. The dining options were sufficient with a continental breakfast, and the facilities were satisfactory.

My stay at this hotel was a lovely mix of beach relaxation and city exploration. The room, though small, was comfortable, clean, and offered a beautiful view that my wife adored. The service was impeccable, especially during breakfast time, and everyone from the moment we walked in to the lady in charge of breakfast was extremely friendly and helpful. The location was ideal, striking the perfect balance between a beach holiday and a city break, being just a short boat ride away from Venice. The dining experience was delightful with a continental breakfast that filled us up nicely before a day of sightseeing, showcasing high-quality ham and pastries. Overall, a great stay with a few minor drawbacks.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were very nice and offered a stunning view across to St Marks. They were a reasonable size, well-furnished, very clean, and with a lovely en-suite shower room. The air conditioning made it a comfortable stay overall, although the price was a bit on the higher side.

The service was excellent. The staff were very nice, had superb English, and provided lots of helpful tips for exploring both the Lido and Venice. They even kindly changed our rooms upon request. However, the rooms were quite basic for the price paid.
